Landlord safety inspections
If you have a rented property that contains a gas supply within it, you must by law have a landlord’s gas safety inspection carried out every twelve months, to prove the safety of gas appliances.

You should have your gas appliances service every twelve months to maintain their safety and efficiency.
- Cylinders, tanks and overflows. We replace cold water storage tanks and/or hot water storage vessels. We also repair and fit all types of cylinders.
- Transco will also attend your property free of charge, if you ring them on 0800 111 999. Transco will confirm whether or not you have a gas leak and will only then make safe any gas leaks found.
- Water leak. We fix anything from a dripping tap to a burst water pipe.
